About the event
Next Step Clubhouse is excited to share we are planning a Sensory Friendly Meet n Greet with Santa on December 7th! We are looking for volunteers to:
- Assist as Santa's Helpers
- Parking Guides
- Craft Station Leaders
- Party Starters!
The event will be structured as the following:
10-11:30am - 15-minute quiet sensory friendly meet n greets with Santa. This time slot is angled for our friends that need extra time to chat with Santa! We will also have crafts starting during this time for friends to participate in after they meet Santa!
11:30-1pm - 10-minute sensory friendly meet n greets with Santa. This time slot will have a little more noise than the quiet sensory slot.
1pm-3pm - First come, first serve to meet Santa & Holiday Party!
If you are interested in being a volunteer, please fill out this form by November 25th. This form will allow you to indicate what shift and area you are available for. We will assign volunteers based on their interest and shift availability!
