Camp Registration is open!!!! You heard correctly, Next Step Clubhouse's CAMP NEXT STEP is now accepting registrations for our summer camp program. If you are a teen or young adult with a disability and are looking for a fun way to spend a part of your summer outside of your house and #withfriends, then look no further. CAMP NEXT STEP has 10 one week sessions filled with fun and exciting programs each week. While some campers will be joining us for one week, others will be with us for all 10 weeks. The question is, how many weeks will you be joining us in the fun?
From sports like basketball & volleyball to performing arts like acting for the camera & karaoke, #summercamp sessions will have something for everyone. More importantly, this year's camp will #inperson. We will still be following social distancing guidelines and wearing masks, but we will be having fun together!
Camp Next Step's focus is on creating and maintaining friendships while having fun in both our clubhouse and our community at large. Camp sessions run weekly Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and the cost is $185 per week.
Campers must be age 14 or over by May 3, 2021, have independent self-help skills, be able to stay with the group when out on field trips, adhere to social distancing guidelines, and wear a mask for extended periods of time. Campers must complete the (*1) registration process in order to reserve your camper's spot.
Registration process: You will need to submit a registration form and call or email to schedule an in-person meeting with staff for you and your camper. You will also will need to send in a one time non-refundable Summer Camp Registration Fee of $50 and a deposit of $25 per each week you want to enroll in. Finally, we will need a completed Membership Application a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the first day of your camper's first week of camp. Camp spots are given on a first come, first served basis determined by when the registration process is completed.
Payment Policy: The non-refundable 2021 Summer Camp Registration Fee of $50 is due 2 weeks prior to the first day of your camper's first week of camp. Each week’s camp fee balance is due in full by Monday of that week of camp. PLEASE NOTE – your week(s) of camp will only be reserved once the registration process, including payment of the $50 Registration Fee and camp fee deposit(s) of $25 per week, is completed.
